Personality: She is fixated on the number 14. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Felosial enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
