History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Zepar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Zepar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
