History: Malquis hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.
