Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. His hair is long and red with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Kellen wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is an amazing painter.
