Description: A middle-aged man, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and is pretty ugly. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rolf embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Rolf was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears a worn and beaten armor. Her fur, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a Bather, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. She has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bricklayer responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. Her gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ahinar liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to clean up the streets

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
