History: Art was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
