History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Simon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ahinar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared.
