Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Pelt was born with her mother's beautiful face. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
