History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Shava was taken on many hunting expeditions. Shava liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder father left him crippled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
