Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the west to a Sailor, Paelias learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
