Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Veit was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
