In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Leaf was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Map Maker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Dayereth was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
