History: Trail was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Trail liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Ilde lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Mayor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Dyer profession.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents enrolled her in a Bard school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she wants revenge against gnolls

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mayor. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
