Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Lia is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During her travels, Lia and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Lia discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Lia fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
