Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Nissa's homeland. Nissa decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Virra and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. His silver hair is braided into rings. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.
