Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is dressed in an above average manner. She keeps her long blue hair kept up in a rat tail. This white eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Astaro grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Astaro. She bought a mace and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Personality: He is a Mayor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gilthur has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
