Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
