He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a flail and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
