History: She was raised in a island tribe. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She's also a talented Barkeep, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He dresses like a well dressed Tanner does. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length black crest. His eyes are likewise red.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Greethen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Greethen began to lead the lost caravan. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she wears a green tunic with black highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her crest, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Her half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Savaran is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Savaran was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
