History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Jak's homeland. Jak decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
