Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a white and blue handkerchief worn on her right side, and carries kukris. Her red hair, when down, is lengthy. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Dell hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dell fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her club with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her black hair is cut short. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His head has been shaved. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his mother before him.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to be a dyer again

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
