Personality: Ar-Baruk hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He takes great joy in being the best Slave Trader in town.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ar-Baruk fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He stands about 3'1" and very much looks the part of a Slave Trader. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to be a sellsword again

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'4" and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. He has a very tight haircut. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Human Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Description: 5'8" and muscular, this western woman typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull white iron scale mail. Her golden hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
