Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He carries with him a set of clubs on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arannis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Arannis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arannis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She has styled her silver hair well, parting it to the left. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her small grey hat.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Kilia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. After a long history of fighting, Kilia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Shaena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
