History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He stands about 6'2" and wears a green vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his green boots flare out at the collars. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His white crest is heavily combed to the left. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: Salasar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
