Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his red robe. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oskar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oskar. History: Norman was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He struck the Bather job and began his own company from there.
