Personality: Anne is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Anne was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has worked as a Beggar like her father before her.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the north to a Barrister, Joan learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barrister. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
