History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Peren lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
