Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His long purple hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His half smiles and black eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Marbas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She is physically well-built. Her red hair is smooth and relatively long. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Mara is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her tied-back hair is auburn. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Claira was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Claira's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
