History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Hlin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
