History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rathkran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rathkran. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He carries with him a set of daggers on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Whurbin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Whurbin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A freak accident while working with her Tanner mother left her crippled. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Doctor for hire.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
