Personality: She is a Bookbinder first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
