Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Quilla was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor.
