Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He carries a battered bastard sword and tarnished longbow as well. His red fur is singed and shortened. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Serpent was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Serpent's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Siffress was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: Maegan is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Maegan never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears tattered old clothes. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
