He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. History: Efferil was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his youth he was a Sellsword, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He's also a talented Sellsword, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
