Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Description: He wears a blue vest and prefers grey and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alston embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. She is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering her clean studded leather. She has a hunchback. She has a long auburn ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Spy, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is her passion; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and is pretty ugly. He has moderate length blue hair. This black eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Balam was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is greedy
