She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She wears dull green sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed axe, just in case, and carries axes. She keeps her long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are likewise black.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A true patriot, Pyra would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pyra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Vapula was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now mingles about in high society.
