History: Havilar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
