History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: He has a missing left leg. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart.
