History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Keyleth was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and wants his loneliness to end
