Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is a great chef.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Agnes grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: She is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. Her hair is short and auburn. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jarsali grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During her travels, Jarsali and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Jarsali discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Jarsali fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants revenge against illithids

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her scarlet crest is unkempt and raggedy. Her ears are large.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Synthrin hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Synthrin was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
