History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Alice was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Alice decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: He stands about 3'2" and wears a tight fitting red shirt and pants. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered goblins who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Damakos was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tanner. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: Mialee wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Mialee was born the youngest of three triplets. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
