His hair is long and silver with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. He has hazel eyes and a black hat with a green feather.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Born in the west to a Engraver, Barakas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
