Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Jarana liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her purple hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her black eyes.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She keeps her long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Banker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Banker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Banker for hire.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and further expansion of business
