Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors.
