Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He carries with him a set of pickaxes on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He struck the Interpreter job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Blorg was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He has worked as a Miller like his mother before him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
