History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Jocelyn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
