Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Ootah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her golden hair, when down, is lengthy. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now mingles about in high society.
