Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nalaed grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Maiathah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She is greedy; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor, and carries shields. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Faran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
