He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Pallabar hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
