Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sapply embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He is physically well-built. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Erevan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Erevan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His crest is white and curly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Patrin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Patrin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Patrin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Gimble was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
